Import a questions file
Choose a .json file and every test goes to its own paper. A test or quiz with the same name on the same paper is replaced, so importing twice is safe.
For RGN, RM, RPHN, RMN, nurse assistant and General papers.
For the KNUST papers (RGN, RM and RCHN).
Send a text message
Sent from the sender name EliteNurses to the phone numbers students gave when they signed up. Numbers that are not valid Ghana numbers are skipped.
One per line or separated by commas. Up to 500 numbers. Invalid numbers are skipped and duplicates are sent once.

Download a copy of your site's data
One file with all members, payments, premium settings, Telegram links, full exams, class quizzes and their results, news and reports. Save it in your Files app or Google Drive. Do this every week, and before big changes. The file contains private details: do not share it.
Open or close quizzes
Switch off a programme to close all its papers, including its General Paper, for those candidates. Or switch off single papers.
Premium sales, exam batches and Telegram
Students choose their exam batch and pay once with Mobile Money or card. Premium lasts until that batch ends and opens the full banks, full mocks, subject practice, premium class quizzes and their programme's Telegram group.

Exam batches
Students pick one before paying. Premium ends on the batch's end date. Untick "On sale" to stop selling a batch.
Telegram premium groups
Paste each programme's invite link. Members only see their own programme's link after paying; it is never shown to free accounts.
Premium full exams (Trial 1, Trial 2 …)
Fixed full papers for premium members, e.g. "Full NMC Exam Trial 1" under Medicine & Medical Nursing. Only premium members of that programme can open them.

Create a short quiz, open it during class, and watch your students' scores come in.

When a student taps Report this question, it appears here. Check it, then tell me which questions to fix.
Referrals & class reps
Students earn when a friend joins Premium with their code. Approved class reps earn 10%, everyone else GH₵10 (GH₵5 for NAC and NAP). Pay each person by MoMo, then tap Mark paid.
Online (Paystack) payments are credited automatically. For MoMo payments made through WhatsApp, enter the student's email and the amount they paid.
Topics students requested
Requests from the Study notes page, most votes first. Mark a topic Writing when you start it and Published once it is in the library (published requests leave the students' list).
Upload the study notes file Claude gives you (format elitenurses-study-v1). Topics with the same name are replaced. Only NMC Premium members of a tagged programme can open them.
Exam countdown
Shows a live countdown on the homepage. Leave the date empty to hide it.
Store products
Add products, change prices and photos, or mark items out of stock. Changes show on the Store page straight away.
KNUST affiliate exams
Upload questions for each KNUST paper and give paying students one month of access at a time.
1. Subscribers
When a student pays, find them by the email or phone number on their EliteNurses account, pick the programme they paid for (RGN, RM or RCHN) and tap Give 1 month. Each subscription opens only that programme's papers. Paying again adds another month.
2. Full quizzes for each paper
Pick a paper, then add as many full quizzes as you like (Full Quiz 1, Full Quiz 2…). The first 10 questions of a paper's first quiz are free for every signed-in student; the rest need a subscription.
To upload a questions file, use Upload questions at the top of this page.
Tap Turn off to hide a quiz from every student (subscribers too) until you turn it back on.
3. Price, payment and page visibility
With no payment link, the Subscribe button opens WhatsApp to 050 474 7269 with the student's email filled in.
4. Recent KNUST payments
Payments made through automatic Paystack checkout. Access is switched on by itself; nothing to do here.

Student reviews
Students send reviews from their account (after 3 quizzes, or from My profile). Nothing shows on the homepage until you tap Put live. Visitors swipe left to see more.
News & announcements
Post updates for candidates. They appear on the News page, and the latest three show on the homepage.
Password quizzes (no login needed)
Schedule a quiz on the homepage. Students tap it, type their name, phone and the password you send them, and take it without an account. Scores come back here.
