Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Who we are

EliteNurses Consult (Business Registry No. BN788590725) runs this website. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean EliteNurses Consult. You can contact us on WhatsApp at 050 474 7269.

What we collect

• Your account: full name, email address, phone number, programme, and (if you give them) your school and exam year. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see it.
• Your practice: the quizzes you take, your answers, scores, and scores by subject, so we can show your progress.
• Class quizzes without an account: the name, phone number and school you type in, and your score, so your facilitator can see the results.
• Question reports: the question you report, your reason and any note, together with your name.
• Live chat: if you use the live chat, the messages you send, the name or email you choose to give, and basic technical details (such as your browser and approximate location) collected by our chat provider, Tawk.to.
• Premium leaderboard: for Premium members, the number of questions answered and correct each week, and the days you practised, so we can show your streak and the weekly leaderboard.
• Payments: Premium payments are handled by Paystack. We receive your payment reference, amount, payment method (e.g. Mobile Money) and email. We never see or store your card or Mobile Money PIN.

How we use it

• To create your account, keep it to your programme, and save your scores and progress.
• To give premium members access to the full question banks.
• To show class quiz results to the facilitator who set the quiz.
• To show Premium members their daily streak and a weekly leaderboard for their programme.
• To answer your messages, fix reported questions and improve our content.
• To count how many people visit the site, without identifying you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Our service providers: Google Firebase (sign-in and database), Netlify (website hosting), Paystack (payments) and Tawk.to (live chat) store and process data for us. Their servers may be outside Ghana; they protect it under their own security standards.
• Our facilitators: they see class quiz results for quizzes they run.
• Other Premium members of your programme: the weekly leaderboard shows your first name and the first letter of your surname (for example "Ama K."), with your weekly score. We never show your full name, phone number or email there.
• YouTube: our tutorial videos load from YouTube (Google) only when you tap play. YouTube may then collect information under Google's own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp: only when you choose to message us.
• The law: if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and scores while your account is active. Class quiz results are kept until the quiz is deleted. Payment records may be kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your Profile ("Delete my account"), or ask us to do it for you. This removes your profile and your practice history.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp at 050 474 7269 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Access to your information is restricted by our database rules: you can see only your own account, and only the EliteNurses admin can see candidate lists. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.

Storage on your device

The site uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in, and let the site open quickly or install as an app. It does not use advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own simple visitor counter. Neither uses cookies or identifies you; they only tell us how many people visit and which pages they open.

Age

This website is for nursing and midwifery students and candidates preparing for professional exams. It is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also tell you on the website or in our Premium groups.

An independent learning platform

EliteNurses Consult is an independent initiative. We are not affiliated with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) of Ghana. Our questions are for practice and revision. Always check official NMC announcements for exam dates, rules and results.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make our questions accurate and exam-relevant, but we cannot guarantee any exam result. If you think a question or answer is wrong, please use Report this question so we can check it.

For exam study, not clinical advice

Our questions, rationales and tips are for exam preparation only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to care for patients. In practice, always follow current Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service guidelines, your facility's protocols and the instructions of your supervisor.

Your account

• Give true details and keep your password private. One account per person.
• Your account is linked to one programme. Contact us on WhatsApp if you chose the wrong one.
• We may suspend accounts that are shared, misused or used to copy our content.

Free access and Premium

• Registered candidates can use the Question of the Day, selected questions from every paper and class quizzes for free.
• Premium opens the full question banks, full mock exams, practice by subject, premium class quizzes and your programme's Telegram premium group, until the end of the exam batch you chose. See Premium payments & refunds.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Prices may change for new members. For any payment issue, contact us on WhatsApp at 050 474 7269.
• We never ask for your NMC index number and we do not offer NMC result upgrades, result rectification or any illegal service.

Our content

Our questions, rationales and materials belong to EliteNurses Consult. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, screenshot, share, sell or republish them without our written permission. Question pages carry a watermark with your name, so shared copies can be traced to the account they came from.

Class quizzes

Class quizzes allow one attempt per phone number. Enter your real name and phone number so your facilitator can credit your result.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website, and do not use it to harass anyone.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, from interruptions, or from errors in the content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Premium payments & refunds

For NMC Premium bought on this website.

What you pay for

NMC Premium is a one-time payment for your programme. It stays active until the end date of the exam batch you choose before paying. Premium includes the study notes for your programme and, for RGN, RM and RPHN, the full KNUST terminal exam quizzes. KNUST access bought separately before 22 October 2026 stays active until its end date. Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and shown before you pay.

How payment works

Payments are made through Paystack with Mobile Money, card or bank transfer. Your access switches on automatically once Paystack confirms the payment. Never pay anyone who contacts you claiming to be EliteNurses from an unknown number.

No refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable once made, including if you change your mind, do not use the service, or do not pass your exam.
• If you were charged but your access did not switch on, or you were charged twice for the same thing, message us on WhatsApp (050 474 7269) with your payment reference and we will correct it.
• Your account is personal. Sharing your login or premium content may lead to your access being removed without a refund.

No guarantee of passing

Premium gives you questions, mock exams, Telegram discussions, tips and guidance. It does not guarantee that you will pass. Your result depends on your own commitment and preparation.

What we never do

• We never ask for, collect or use candidates' NMC index numbers.
• We do not offer NMC result upgrades, result rectification, leaked questions or any other illegal or unethical service.
• Anyone who offers these in the name of EliteNurses is a scammer. Do not pay them, and report them to us on WhatsApp.
